A Gourmet Indian Dinner - with Naomi Singh
Salt Spring’s own Naomi Singh is lending her reputation and culinary skills for creating mouth-watering gourmet Indian food cuisine in support of the Salt Spring Island Peace Class.
Since 2010 islanders have been enjoying her creations either at the Market or at one of the many private catered dinners or weddings she catered.
This Gourmet Fundraising Dinner will take place at on
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, AT 6:30. Doors will open at 6:00.
LOCATION: All Saints by-the-sea, on Park Drive overlooking Ganges Harbour. Lots of parking at rear.
Appetizers Veggie Samosa w/Chutney, Cucumber/Carrot with Mint Raita, Pappadums w/Chutney
Main Aloo Gobi, meat item: Butter Chicken, Makhani Paneer, Chapati, Rice

A CASH BAR will be available featuring specially-paired Ciders courtesy Salt Spring Wild and kombucha courtesy the Aloha food booth.
A Two-hour Indian Food Cooking Class
Naomi is going to share some of her secrets to the delectable Indian food creations that she is famous for. Participants will learn by doing, by creating part of the Dinner!
